This policy explains what information AISEORESULT ("we", "us") collects when you use https://aiseoresult.com, what we do with it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what you type into the contact form so we can reply, we do not store what you enter into the free tools, and we do not sell or share personal information for advertising.

Information we collect
Contact form
When you send a message we receive the name, email address, website, area of interest and message you enter. The form is delivered to our inbox by an email service provider acting on our instructions. We keep messages for as long as we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records.
Free tools
The AI SEO Audit, llms.txt Generator and AI Visibility Checker take a website address and, for the visibility checker, the questions you enter. These are used only to run the check. We do not store the addresses, questions or results after the response is sent to your browser. To produce engine results, the visibility checker sends your questions to OpenAI, Perplexity and SerpApi, whose own privacy terms apply to that processing. The Schema Markup Generator runs entirely in your browser and sends nothing to us.
Technical data
Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time, for security and to keep the site running. The free tools apply a per-connection rate limit that keeps a short-lived, in-memory count against your connection address; it is not written to a database.
Cookies and analytics
The site does not set advertising cookies. If we add analytics, this section will be updated to name the provider and what it collects, and we will only use aggregated statistics about how the site is used.
How we use information
- To reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the work.
- To run the free tools you asked for.
- To keep the site secure and to prevent abuse of the free tools.
- To meet legal obligations.
We do not use your information for automated decisions with legal effects, and we do not sell it.
Who we share it with
Service providers who process data on our behalf: our hosting provider, our email delivery provider, and, for the visibility checker only, the AI and search providers named above. We may also disclose information where the law requires it. We do not share personal information with advertisers.
International transfers
Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on standard contractual protections for those transfers.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to certain processing, and to receive a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email hello@aiseoresult.com. We will respond within the time the applicable law allows. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
The site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We will post any changes here and update the date at the top. Significant changes will be noted on the home page for a period after they take effect.
